We provide homecare services such as bathing, grooming, dressiing, meal preparation, feeding assistance, light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, ambulation assistance, medication reminders, companion care, and private duties. These services are available to the client only and not to any other family living in the home.
How can I receive EPSDT Personal Care Services (PCS)?
All Medicaid recicients between o through 20 years of age not receiving Individual Family Support waiver services are eligible for EPSDT- PCS.
What are the rates of your services?
Rates are set by the State of Louisiana insurance Commissioner. Call for more information for private service fee.
How many year(s) of community home care has your company provided?
GHS has been caring for the community since 2004.
How can I detemine if I quailfy Long-Term-EPSDT and other ?
You can call 1-877-456-4711 to determine if you qualify.
How do I qualify for services if I am a Veterans?
You can talk to your doctor or social worker to determine if you quality to receive homecare services.
Do we transport client's?
No, we only accompany the client to doctor's appointment, not transport them any where.
How can I receive Long-Term Personal Care Services (PCS)?
All Medicaid recipients 21 through 65 years of age not receiving Individual Family Support waiver services are eligible for LT- PCS.
